Prognosys sets up Telemedicine facility in Village Resource Centers

Prognosys with ISRO has successfully completed turnkey telemedicine installations at 100 Village Resource Centers across the country. The Telemedicine system at VRCs consists of customized medical software, with certain medical diagnostic instruments.

With the help of local doctor/ paramedic, expert medical consultation and counseling are provided to the villagers at remote locations in the country from speciality hospitals in major towns and cities. Healthcare awareness and Continuing Medical Education are also major activities of the VRCs.

 

Largest State Telemedicine Network

Prognosys in collaboration with ISRO and Rajasthan state Government has setup a state wide Telemedicine Network between District Hospitals of 32 districts and 6 Medical colleges of Divisional Headquarters.  The network will further be expanded by establishing 6 Mobile Vans in the state, shortly.  This network and the installations are considered to be one of the biggest network by any company in the country.

 

New Telemedicine Centers in MP & Maharashtra

Prognosys in collaboration with ISRO has setup a state wide Telemedicine Network at 16 District Hospitals in Madhya Pradesh and 34 District & Subdistrict Hospitals of Maharashtra. These Hospitals in Maharashtra seek expert advice from Nanavathi, KEM & JJ Hospitals - Mumbai.
