We Pursue a variety of pricing initiatives to maximize the value for our customers

I. The Fixed Price Model:

The Fixed Price Model is applicable when the customer's need and deliverables are specified, and the project path is well defined. Since the design and execution of the project are outlined at the beginning of the project, this is a low risk option for the customer. The progress of the project is monitored according to the mutually agreed milestones and deliverables.
The typical steps followed in this model are:

• The client communicates the requirement definition.
• We then respond with an understanding of these requirements.
• We quote a fixed price for the development of the project.
• On acceptance of the proposal by the client, the project plans are drawn-up.
• We then manage the complete development cycle. The customer is kept informed and involved in the reviews through weekly reports, emails, teleconference and joint reviews.
• The customer carries out the acceptance. At this stage we provide help (onsite or offshore).

II. Time & Material Basis:

During situations where the scope, specification and implementation plan of a project cannot be easily defined in an explicit manner, the time and material based pricing is the suitable approach for a customer. This is also the case with maintenance project and testing jobs. This is due to the typical nature of technology projects, which include integration of heterogeneous environments and exploratory attempts in unknown areas.

Offshore Model:
As long as the team is deployed on the project, the client is charged on a pre-decided man month rate for the dedicated team. Modifications to the team-size and composition are anticipated and planned at the outset, but can be made during the project as well. Often when traveling is essential, the agreed upon terms and conditions shall be effective.

Onsite Resourcing Model (for placement of Consultants and Project Managers):
Onsite model is practiced when the duration, nature, desire or secrecy of work, demand the presence of our consultants at the client’s site. For certain assignment that demand the consultant’s effort-investment through onsite mode, the consultants use the client’s infrastructure to develop the software solution, or develop certain phases of the development cycle. During the assignment, the consultants shall report to the client’s project head, and update our headquarters on a regular interval. The client is billed based on the actual engineer-months, spent on executing the project at a pre-decided rate.
